  To long of a wait to place an order, plus a little over priced for quality and quantity of food. Restrooms needed MAJOR attention. Not enough personnel for the the amount of people who go there.

  They were very short in staff, although the staff was there on certain areas the efficiency from every personal was very poor, it took me more than 10 minutes to get the ice cream, there were no spoons on the tray they have to look for them, there were empty boxes everywhere especially on the entrance, There were too many adults drinking, My child was 5 tickets short from a prize that was 699 they make us pay for it with taxes 15 cents, add it( awkward math). Personal was very cold, careless. They did not have the charming feeling that you supposed to find on a Chuck E. Cheese, first time here and last.

  They recently changed a lot of the games so there are more of the type you can win tickets with. Really brought down the total amount of fun as anyone knows those games for tickets last all of 1/10th of a second. Also, many of the regular type games were out of service so there was very few actual video games for kids. Really quite boring.
